NutriTECH Alliance Corporation, warrants NutriTECH Products to be free from defects of workmanship and material under normal use and service.

The NutriTECH Products are required to be operated solely on the electric indicated on the base. Damage or malfunction caused by use on other electrical current is excluded from this warranty.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacements of original parts, which, in the opinion of NutriTECH Alliance Corporation are defective in workmanship or material.

Should such a defect be discovered within one (1) year from the date of purchase, simply ship back the unit prepaid to NutriTECH.

NutriTECH will repair the said unit and will inform the customer that it is ready for pickup.

The electrical parts are warranted also for one (1) year.

This warranty does not cover breakage of any part in shipment or damage caused thereof by misuse such as wrong voltage, power surcharge, neglect, accident or altered in any such way that its performance is affected.
